Location Makati City (Hybrid Setup 70% Work from Home, 30% Temporary Office) Job Summary The Accountant is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and preparing reports that support effective decision‑making. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Prepare, record, and maintain accurate financial transactions and reports. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation. Monitor compliance with BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and other government requirements. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Manage payroll computations, reimbursements, and related accounting entries. Support management in budget planning and expense tracking. Use QuickBooks and other accounting software tools to process financial data efficiently. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies when required. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all financial matters. Perform other related tasks assigned by management. Qualifications Graduate of BS in Accountancy (CPA not required) Must be residing in Makati City or nearby areas Solid knowledge in accounting compliance, documentation, and reporting Good attitude, integrity, and strong attention to detail Knowledge in QuickBooks and other accounting tools is an advantage Must have own laptop and stable internet connection at home Willing to work on a hybrid setup (70% WFH, 30% temporary onsite) What We Offer Competitive compensation package Professional growth and learning opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Seniority level Associate Employment type Temporary Job function Finance and Accounting / Auditing #J-18808-Ljbffr
