Overview Type of Employment: Contractual (6 month initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance) Qualifications Bachelor's Degree holder 4+ years IT Project Management/Delivery Management experience Experience in Agile/Waterfall Methodology and SDLC Duties and Responsibilities Performs project management responsibilities in either waterfall or agile methodology Prepares/creates and maintains Project Plan, Work Plan and secures the necessary approval as applicable Prepares/creates Project Status Report and reports on delivery of schedule, quality and scope Tracks project budget and costs as applicable Ensures documentation of risks and issues, facilitates resolution, and escalates as necessary Participates in and facilitates relevant meetings as required Ensures compliance with internal and external policies, security and regulatory requirements; supports audit exercises when needed Facilitates post-implementation activities and prepares Close-Out Report as applicable Ensures completion of required documents at the end of the project Manages the Scrum process with coordination of the Scrum Team in Agile methodology Ensures Scrum Team adheres to Scrum theory, practices and rules Acts as a servant-leader for the Scrum Team, as applicable Facilitates Scrum events (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) as needed and ensures they are conducted as scheduled Performs other related functions as assigned Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Project Management and Information Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
