Job Description POSITION TITLE: Treasury Manager WORK SETUP: Full-Time, Onsite SALARY: PHP 100,000 - 120,000 REPORTS TO: Finance Head JOB OBJECTIVES: Partner with CFO to drive corporate treasury strategy and key initiatives for the corporation, including Fund Raising and Cash Management. Assist CFO with company capital structure, capital allocation, and debt instrument decisions. Drive Corporate-wide cash flow forecasting model and report results. Provide analysis to senior management and ensure all sites have the proper working capital requirements and any surplus cash is consolidated and invested in short term placement. The position is also responsible for liaising with Management, Lenders, Bankers, Creditors, and other Stakeholders. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cash Management Oversee Daily Liquidity and Cash Disbursement Management Monitoring and management of credit facilities Forecast Cash Flow positions of Business units and related borrowing needs for Project Financing and CAPEX requirements of the Group Oversee short term cash placements and investments Ensures that the organization adheres to the company policies and procedures Prepares reports and proposals for cash management improvement including risk control measures Loans Management Ensures Compliance to all Loan Covenants and Reportorial Requirements Supports Corporate Borrowing Activities Banking Relations Interface with lenders and creditors for the financing needs of the company and its subsidiaries Maintains appropriate relations with bankers, lenders, and creditors Other Related Tasks Assists Management in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management Attends to other tasks/projects as assigned by the CFO and Deputy CFO College graduate Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field an advantage but not required Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or related field Working knowledge and experience of budgeting, financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis Knowledge in MS Office, with a particularly strong background in MS Excel Financial Modeling, Forecasting, Financial Analysis, MS Excel, Treasury, Cash Management, Banking Relations, Loans Management Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
