Your Role

As a Digital Engineer , you will:

  • Develop and manage 3D, 4D, and 5D BIM models throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, with a focus on modular formwork modeling, reinforcement cage detailing, and concrete pour sequencing.
  • Coordinate digital deliverables with design, engineering, and construction teams.
  • Use tools such as Revit, Navisworks and Synchro 4D.
  • Support clash detection, safety implementation, digital coordination, and design validation processes.
  • Create visualisations and simulations to support design and construction planning.
  • Assist in digital workflows, data integration, and project automation.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and stakeholders on digital engineering tools.
  • Ensure BIM-related work follows industry standards and protocols—especially ISO 19650.
What You Need
  • Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • 2+ years' experience in Digital Engineering and BIM
  • Proficiency in one or more BIM/Digital Engineering platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Synchro 4D)
  • Strong understanding of construction and design processes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience working on large infrastructure or building projects preferred
