Our NCI Platform is seeking a Security Engineer to join our team in Philippines. In this position, you will play a critical part in safeguarding Inchcape’s IT infrastructure by ensuring timely and effective application of security patches and vulnerability remediation across our systems.
What you'll do
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments using standard tools.
- Prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities based on severity and business impact.
- Plan and coordinate SAP projects (installations, upgrades, migrations) with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure smooth remediation.
- Investigate security incidents related to vulnerabilities.
- Stay up to date on emerging threats and best practices.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vulnerability management and security assessment.
- Strong knowledge of frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) and tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Tenable).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across time zones.
