Assistant Property Manager (Remote Role) I’m helping AllView Real Estate find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Assistant Property Manager (Remote Role) . You’ll drive property success and shape real estate’s future remotely. Compensation: USD 9 - 10/hour Location: Remote (anywhere) Mission of AllView Real Estate: "To deliver world-class, all-inclusive real estate services by prioritizing people and creating lasting value for residents, property owners, and investors." What makes you a strong candidate: Proficient in time management, real estate management, property management, customer service. Potential to develop skills in property management software, lease agreements, Housecall Pro, Google Sheets, AppFolio. Responsibilities: Respond to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner. Manage maintenance requests from intake to resolution, ensuring updates are communicated and records remain current. Assist with lease renewals, coordinating communication between tenants and owners to meet deadlines. Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants. Support property turnovers by coordinating vendors, inspections, and unit readiness. Conduct pricing comps and assist with market analysis to support the leasing strategy. Maintain and update tenant and property records in platforms such as AppFolio and Google Sheets. Generate and review reports related to maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction. Stay aligned with company processes, policies, and compliance standards. The Right Candidate Will Possess the Following Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn quickly. Consistent and reliable performance.Positive, customer‑first attitude. Prior property management or real estate experience preferred. Familiarity with lease agreements and basic real estate workflows. Knowledge of tools such as AppFolio, Housecall Pro, Gmail, and Google Sheets is a plus. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
