Our Products Atome BNPL: A leading buy‑now‑pay‑later brand in ASEAN partnering with thousands of online and offline brands Atome Card: A “pay‑later anywhere” card Kredit Pintar: A leading Indonesian digital lending app, regulated and supervised by Indonesia’s Financial Services Authority (OJK) Culture We foster an INNOVATION mindset We achieve results with EFFICIENCY and excellence We take pride in the QUALITY of our work We uphold INTEGRITY in all we do We embrace COLLABORATION across business lines and borders Key Responsibilities Lead the overall financial strategy, planning and execution for our Philippines office Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and strategic initiatives Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, forecasts and long‑term financial models Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements (BSP and other relevant authorities) Oversee statutory reporting, audits and risk‑management processes Develop strong relationships with regulators, auditors and financial institutions Act as a strategic partner to the Country CEO and Group Finance leadership Support commercial decision‑making by providing financial modelling, business cases and ROI analysis Partner with business units to optimise revenue, costs and profitability Oversee capital management, liquidity planning and debt‑funding structures Manage relationships with banks, investors and other financial stakeholders Build and lead a high‑performing finance team in the Philippines Develop talent within the finance function and drive a culture of accountability, accuracy and continuous improvement Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (CPA, CFA or MBA preferred) 12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Strong knowledge of financial services and fintech sector, preferably with exposure to digital banking or lending Deep understanding of BSP regulations and experience managing regulatory relationships Proven track record in financial strategy, business partnering and capital management Strong leadership, stakeholder‑management and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment Seniority level Executive Employment type Full‑time Job function Finance and Sales Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Atome by 2x.
