Responsibilities- Identify problems, collects data, establish facts, and able to conclude the fitness of the candidate.
- Source and interview candidates for IT/BPO/Shared Service corporate positions
- Assist in the gathering of data that are needed in the preparation of various recruitment reports
- Identifies and resolves reporting issues proactively but immediately informs the direct supervisor of any hot issues
- Able to provide suggestions to improve recruitment business processes.
- Provide administrative and operational support to various recruitment processes.
- Bachelor\'s degree holder
- At least 1 year of experience in volume/corporate hiring (leadership hiring is an advantage)
- BPO/Shared Service/Agency recruitment experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multi-tasked environment.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Learn and apply basic skills appropriate for the position.
- Duties and tasks are standardized.
- Work under direct supervision with very structured guidance regarding standard processes and procedures.
