Utilities Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a Utility Specialist to support our on-site operations in Lipa. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals looking to grow in infrastructure or utility-related work. You'll be responsible for handling Dito’s SLZ regional sites electricity payments, monthly budgeting, deposit refunds, abnormal bill investigations, and assisting with warehouse operations. This is a multi-functional position offering hands-on experience across essential operational areas. And other comprehensive administrative and support tasks as assigned

• Resides in or near Lipa
• Available for full-time office work
• Has a driver’s license or can obtain one soon
• Basic Excel skills and organized work habits
• Relevant working experience is preferred, with good character.

• Utility Payment Management (Sites, Data Centers, IBS Systems)
• Collect, verify, and process electricity bills
• Follow up on electricity deposit refund procedures
• Monthly Utility Budget Planning and Execution
• Assist in compiling electricity data and preparing monthly budgets
• Monitor budget execution and provide timely updates and reports
• Electricity Usage Abnormality Investigation
• Identify and analyze discrepancies or unusual electricity charges
• Work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly
• Warehouse Support: assist in warehouse operations: materials in/out, inventory tracking
• Maintain accurate records and support periodic inventory audits
• General Administrative and Operational Support: assist with interdepartmental coordination; handle other duties assigned by the supervisor

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, documentation, and presentations
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle multi-party interactions smoothly
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and eager to learn
• Basic analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
