BASIC FUNCTION:

CP4 100% QA Removal

Gathering and validation of 100% QA rejects

Data gathering and analysis (reject mapping, data correlation, data interpretation, etc.)

Perform EOS audit, gage, charac, etc. when needed

Propose and implement corrective and containment action

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. CP4 Pre-assessment Report - detailed analysis on the CP4 metrics (FT yield, site-to-site yield, PPM, YRR, test time, hardware and continuity failure rate)

  2. APR update and submission for 100% QA removal and CP5 movement

  3. SWR submission for 100% QA removed and with lots that need immediate testing

  4. Monitoring of implemented corrective and containment action

  5. Tracking and follow up on approvals until completion of CP4 transfer

QUALIFICATION:

-Bachelor's degree in physical sciences or engineering

-Atleast 1or 2 years of experience in the field or related field
