The IT Business Solutions Manager bridges business goals and technology strategies, transforming operational challenges into effective digital solutions. This role leads a team of analysts and consultants in delivering innovative systems that enhance efficiency, user experience, and business growth. What You'll Do Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities. Develop and manage technology roadmaps aligned with company strategy. Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of business solutions — from requirements gathering to implementation and support. Evaluate solution options (build vs. buy) and oversee vendor selection and management. Manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Drive process improvement and change management to maximize adoption and business impact. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Experience / Knowledge: 7years in business analysis, IT consulting, or solutions management; at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record implementing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM, or custom apps). Strong understanding of project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and ROI analysis. Experience in healthcare or HMO industry is an advantage. Skills and Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Skilled in project leadership, solution design, and vendor management. Results-driven, collaborative, and passionate about digital transformation.
