Company Description: DBC Philippines is the Makati-based shared services division of Deep Blue Company (DBC), an Australian group of companies with digital, high-volume solutions for the Australian real estate market. Our focus is on the sale and purchase of property, connecting people, systems, and data across the pre-sale, conveyancing and building inspections process through to settlement.

Job Description: Supported by onboarding and training, you will work as part of a team providing service and support to our customers all over Australia, as well as colleagues in Australia and the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively assist clients to identify and help with conveyancing or building inspection needs
  • Take accountability for issue resolution and escalate problems as needed
  • Achieve individual KPI targets
  • Maintain strong communication culture within the team and help achieve targets
  • Demonstrate values and behaviours
  • Continuously improve the customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer experience focus; able to build relationships and manage priorities to fixed deadlines
  • Highly organized and reliable for customers and team
  • Ability to actively connect with customers to ensure solutions meet their needs

Working Location & Requirements:

  • Currently working from home; role based in Makati head offices when possible
  • Home office must be conducive, wired internet at least 5 Mbps, backup internet at least 3 Mbps
