We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our healthcare BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting performance KPIs, and leading teams towards operational excellence. As the Operations Manager , you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling operations that enhance patient experience and optimize resource allocation. You will lead a dedicated team, drive process improvements, and maintain high-quality standards in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end operations for healthcare processes (RCM, claims processing, medical billing, prior authorizations, etc.) Monitor team performance and ensure KPIs/SLAs are consistently met or exceeded. Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and lean management techniques. Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular performance updates. Manage and mentor team leaders and associates to ensure productivity, engagement, and professional development. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory standards. Coordinate with cross-functional departments (Quality, Training, IT, HR) to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and operational controls. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. at least 3 years of experience in an operations management role within a healthcare BPO environment. Strong knowledge of US healthcare systems, RCM lifecycle, payer-provider processes, and regulatory requirements. Proven leadership, team management, and client relationship skills. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
