In-charge of the overall efficiency and availability of all Batching Plant Equipment and other company resources to ensure continuous productivity of all plants. Provides on-site PMS expertise in a safe, quality, and efficient manner. Monitors the PMS Team in handling and implementing the Preventive Maintenance Programs such as lubricating, greasing, inspecting normal wear and tear of Mechanical and Electrical spare parts, including routine periodic maintenance. Supervises the minor repairs on all Equipment. Educational Background: Graduate of Engineering Course, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Professional License: an advantage. Professional Experience: Five (5) years working experience in the same field and capacity. Core Competencies: Integrity, Commitment, Professionalism, Teamwork, Continuous Learning Leadership: Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling, Motivating Others, Directing & Leading Teams, Developing Staff, Organizational/Political Awareness Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Can Read Blueprints, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Building Plans. Can Identify parts from a Catalogue, Follow instructions from a Service Manual. Other Skills: Resilient, Detailed Orientation, Organizational Skills, Quality of Work, Conflict Resolution, Customer Focus, Decisiveness, Strategic Thinking, Analytic Skills, Excellent Supervisory Skills, Driving Skills.
