Research Manager – Responsible for managing and executing the Center’s day-to-day operations, including research, information dissemination, writing project proposals and reports, and organizing events. Provides leadership to researchers and fosters relationships with partners and donors. Areas of Responsibilities Exercise general supervision over the administration of the Center’s operations including budget and revenue management. Supervise the Center's staff with a direct reporting line, as assigned by the Executive Director. Prepare proposals and manage projects under the programs of the Center, as instructed by the Executive Director and in consultation with concerned institutional partners. Improve proficiency of internal processes/operation within the Center. Elevate the quality of RSN-PCC research by producing internationally publishable papers independently or working with other researchers of the Center. Assist the Executive Director in liaising with partners and donors. Job Specification Education – Advanced university degree (Masters, PhD) in economics, public policy, international development policy, and/or other related fields is preferable. Minimum Experience – At least five (5) years of experience in economic, development, and/or policy research. Having at least one (1) publication in an indexed peer-reviewed journal is a plus.
