About the Role As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our client support system, focusing on both administrative excellence and direct client communication. You will manage the complete lifecycle of insurance policies, from issuance to documentation , while expertly addressing client inquiries. This position is key to promoting our company's full range of product lines and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities Policy Administration: Administer the issuance of policies, endorsements, and business transfers for clients. Lifecycle Management: Manage all policy details, including encoding in the system, maintaining organized files, and ensuring the timely release and delivery of documents. Client Support: Provide exceptional client support by professionally handling all telephone and in-person inquiries. Sales & Business Development: Engage with prospective clients to provide comprehensive information on products and services. Develop and prepare customized proposals, cover notes, and quotations to meet client needs. Reporting & Coordination: Generate and submit all necessary branch reports. Liaise with the Branch to coordinate and expedite critical approvals. Qualifications and Skills Must-Have Qualifications: Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree course.
