Job Description We are looking for aBranch Insurance Officer who will leadagent recruitment, activation, and branch growth . You’ll be responsible for building and managing a network of insurance agents—driving sales performance, ensuring quality service, and supporting branch operations to meet business targets. Key Responsibilities Agent Recruitment & Activation Source, screen, and onboard new insurance agents. Conduct training and orientation sessions for new hires. Branch Operations Support Coordinate daily branch activities and monitor agent performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Relationship & Performance Management Build strong relationships with agents and clients. Coach agents to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards. Business Development Implement marketing and recruitment campaigns in the local area. Identify opportunities to expand branch presence and market share. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, HR , or related field. At least1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or insurance operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Experience in theinsurance or financial-services industry is an advantage.
