Sales Development Team Lead, Enterprise & Midmarket at MicroSourcing. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth in a start-up-like environment within a growing company.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed goals; recruit, hire, onboard, and train new SDRs.
  • Mentor, motivate, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies and multi-channel cadences (calls, emails, LinkedIn) tailored to verticals and target audiences.
  • Standardize lead qualification processes and optimize the SAL-to-Closed-Won ratio; drive new logo acquisition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to align target profiles and campaign execution; ensure seamless lead handoff.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor metrics (MQL-to-SQL, pipeline generation, activity), and lead A/B testing for outbound messaging.
  • Maintain accurate data entry and reporting in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ years in sales development, inside sales, or similar, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • 1+ year in a leadership, mentorship, or team lead role.
  • Proven ability to coach SDRs on sales techniques, prospecting, and lead qualification.
  • Proficiency with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Motivated, results-oriented, with strong work ethic and professionalism.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or relevant work experience.
  • Proven success in driving new logo acquisition and expanding market share.
  • Deep understanding of sales development best practices and outbound strategies, including account-based selling.
  • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC) and KPI tracking.
  • Experience leading A/B testing and optimizing sales processes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing; customer-centric, data-driven mindset.
  • Adaptable to change and excited about technology and helping others succeed.
