Position Summary As an SEO Specialist, you will execute organic search strategies for individual clients of Rocket Clicks, actively engage in search optimization daily, and drive the necessary performance results. Key responsibilities include: Prioritizing critical tasks and finding efficiencies through automation. Participating in internal sprint meetings and strategy sessions. Compensation & Details Pay range: PHP 90,000 – 130,000 per month. Location: Remote – Philippines (100% Work From Home). Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Employment type: Independent Contractor (40 hours/week). Performance Objectives Execute Rocket Clicks playbook for the particular client industry. Ensure account execution follows company First Principles methodology. Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting. Execute SEO tasks within weekly sprint planning framework. Make updates to websites through CMS or direct code injection. Work with design and editing partners to ensure marketing campaigns are using compelling content and creative. Execute regular technical SEO health checks for web properties to ensure site compliance. Implement and confirm conversion tracking to support reporting and measurement needs. Attend internal virtual client meetings for context and clarity of tasks. Execute audits of client and prospect accounts to harvest growth opportunities. Work with generative AI to develop search‑friendly content for client websites. Execute research to support marketing initiatives and direction. Capabilities & Key Competencies Knack for “figuring it out” when taking on new tasks or processes. Strong desire to grow and learn more; highly coachable. Technically savvy, able to understand how systems work and interact quickly. Holds themselves to a high standard of excellence, rarely delivering work with mistakes. Collaborative working experience as part of SEO teams. Understanding of how businesses acquire customers digitally. Experience working with content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot. Using SEO software such as Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs. Reporting against defined performance metrics. Education & Experience 2–4 years working in professional services organizations. 2+ years professional experience in SEO. Prior agency experience is a strong plus.
