Job Title: SEO & Campaign Specialist Work Setup: Onsite Location: Quezon City Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PH Time Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven SEO & Campaign Specialist with expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaign tracking, and WordPress website management. You will optimize our online presence, run data-driven campaigns, and maintain high-quality website content. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Execution Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis. Optimize website content, meta tags, and technical SEO elements. Monitor search rankings and adjust strategies to improve visibility. Meta Campaign Management Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns. Implement and manage pixel tracking, custom conversions, and retargeting audiences. Analyze ad performance and provide actionable recommendations. WordPress Content Management Update and publish website content using WordPress. Apply SEO best practices in blog posts, landing pages, and product/service pages. Coordinate with designers and developers for site improvements when needed. Analytics & Reporting Track all digital marketing campaigns against KPIs. Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools to deliver insights. Prepare monthly performance reports with recommendations for growth. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in SEO and Meta Ads campaign management. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.). Experience managing WordPress websites (basic HTML/CSS a plus). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and solutions focused; spots problems early and brings solutions to the team. Actively develops skill and applies feedback. Curious and a critical thinker. Takes ownership with tasks and projects, holds themselves accountable.
