Job Responsibilities Lead and manage infrastructure projects focused on endpoint hardware and software deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management. Create strategic and operational plans, project briefs, and detailed timelines. Work with teams across departments including operations, engineering, account management, strategy, and vendors. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitoring KPIs and reporting progress to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements in endpoint management activities. Job Requirements 5+ years in project management, with a BA/BS degree or equivalent. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/SCRUM, and project management tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, and Excel. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination. Leadership: Ability to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and drive accountability. Strategic Planning: Setting milestones and aligning projects with business goals. Budget Management: Allocating resources and advocating for funding. Communication: Able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Requirements 5+ years’ experience in infrastructure project management, with a focus on endpoint devices. Proven experience with endpoint management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune). Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
