About the job Mortgage Sales Officer (Makati) About the Job Corporate Title : JO-M Work Arrangement: Hybrid Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Metro Manila / Luzon in the role of Sales Officer. As a Sales Officer, your role is to solicit loan applications and build strong relationships with accredited developers/ dealers. You'll assist clients referred by these developers/ dealers, as well as those sourced from alternative channels. You'll be expected to provide guidance throughout the loan application process and ensure a smooth, customer-friendly experience. What the role will entail Build and maintain strong business relationships with accredited developers and support their teams in sourcing quality home loan applications. Handle client and broker inquiries, conduct client calls, and provide timely updates on application status. Ensure smooth processing and quick conversion of Approved But Unavailed (ABU) accounts. Monitor and follow up on documentary requirements, securing approvals for delays when necessary. Deliver excellent partner and client experience through prompt feedback and efficient coordination.
