WE’RE HIRING | PRODUCT MANAGER – ONCOLOGY Location: Makati Work Setup: Onsite with frequent field work Schedule: Monday to Friday – Dayshift Salary Range: ₱60,000–₱80,000 Incentives: Monthly Sales Incentives Overview: The Product Manager – Oncology will lead product development, management, and marketing strategy execution for assigned portfolios. This role drives sales growth, profitability, and market share expansion while ensuring the sales team is equipped with strong product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the company’s product champion for assigned Oncology products. - Develop and implement cost-effective marketing plans within set timelines. - Stay updated on market conditions, competition, pricing, and regulatory policies. - Collaborate with the Training Manager to create and deliver product training for sales teams. - Conduct regular meetings with sales teams to strengthen product expertise. - Build relationships with key opinion leaders within relevant medical specialties. - Prepare and update monthly rolling forecasts for assigned products. - Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in executing strategic projects. - Perform other related tasks aligned with business objectives. Qualifications: Must Have: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably handling Oncology products. - Must possess a valid driver’s license. - Willing and able to travel nationwide for fieldwork. Nice to Have: - Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or medical field. - Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills. - Proficient in market research, data interpretation, and product development. - Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Proficient in MS Office and presentation tools.
