Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Management Manager to oversee day-to-day planning, budgeting, coordination and delivery of multiple projects with diverse responsibilities. This role requires someone highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while partnering closely with internal teams, creative stakeholders, vendors and external partners. This role requires local market (Philippines) expertise. Responsibilities Plan, scope and set up production requirements for new projects Identify and hire producer / line producers, and in coordination with other teams, maintain a database of key production personnel and their availability Build and manage production budgets, schedules and timelines Track production spend, cost risks and ensure alignment to budget Source, coordinate and manage production resources, teams and vendors Support production workflows, process improvements, compliance and governance Provide regular updates to leadership and ensure timely delivery of projects Requirements At least 10 years of production management / production operations experience Strong vendor, stakeholder and project management skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Google Suite / Microsoft Office tools Ability to work under pressure, manage confidential information and adapt quickly to changing project needs Willingness to travel as required Thsi is a contract role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
