You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver features and improvements that align with our business objectives, always keeping the customer at the forefront. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and a passion for creating user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the needs, preferences, and pain points of customers. Champion a customer-first approach in all product decisions and ensure that user feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap. Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and market research to drive informed decision-making processes. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance, iterating on features to optimize user engagement and satisfaction. Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a unified product vision and seamless execution. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing across departments. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and enhances the overall customer experience. Prioritize features based on their potential impact on user satisfaction and business value. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course. Preferably Information Technology, Management Engineering, or Marketing, but not required. Minimum of 4 years of solid Product Management experience. Familiarity with the transportation or on-demand services industry is advantageous. Mobile App Development Knowledge. UI/UX Understanding. Data Analysis and Interpretation skills.
