Overview Product Manager role at Paynamics Technologies Inc. The Product Manager defines the strategy, roadmap and feature definition for key company products and serves as a liaison between business, technology and customer needs to ensure product success from conception to launch and beyond. The role drives product innovation, enhances customer experience, and ensures alignment with the organization's business objectives. Responsibilities Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define product vision, strategy and roadmap based on market research and company goals. Feature Prioritization: Identify and rank essential product features, incorporating user feedback and business objectives. Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the SME for owned products within the company. Solution Conceptualization: Collaborate with Product Owner to conceive key solutions addressing stakeholders\' requirements. Development Coordination: Work with Product Head, CTO, technology teams and stakeholders to ensure timely implementation and release of features. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor insights and industry best practices to refine product strategies and identify opportunities. User Feedback Integration: Gather and analyze user feedback to continually enhance product offerings and satisfaction. Project Oversight: Track development schedules, monitor product performance, and adjust plans as needed. Education Bachelors degree in a technology field preferred Experience 5+ years in SaaS or Fintech product management 3+ years Scrum or Kanban experience Skills and Knowledge Strong communication and negotiation skills, organizational abilities, and expertise in Product Lifecycle Management. Business Understanding Stay updated on technology trends, competitor activities, and relevant regulations.
