Join to apply for the Controller role at Revaya We’re looking for a highly experienced, strategic, and financially savvy Controller / Executive Operations Partner to work directly with the Director in leading and optimizing business operations. This is a leadership-level remote role where you’ll oversee financial management and executive strategy — ensuring that the organization runs efficiently, profitably, and with operational excellence across multiple business entities. If you have proven experience as a Controller or CFO, with the ability to manage finances, systems, and strategic initiatives, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact and become a trusted partner to the Director. What You’ll Do Oversee batch payments, reconciliations, and review financial accuracy before approval Manage multiple business accounts, supplier credit lines, and cash flow forecasts Monitor revenues, profit margins, inventory performance, and key financial KPIs Maintain financial dashboards, purchase order systems, and reporting frameworks Ensure compliance, accuracy, and overall financial integrity across all entities Strategic Operations & Director Support Serve as the Director’s key operations partner for planning, reporting, and execution Drive strategic initiatives and ensure accountability through reporting frameworks Prepare management reports, presentations, and data-driven insights for decision-making Oversee contracts, insurance, and asset documentation for business continuity Streamline systems and workflows to enhance organizational efficiency What You Bring Proven experience as a Controller or CFO, with strong financial leadership skills Deep financial acumen with expertise in cash flow management, budgeting, and reporting Strong background in business operations and strategic execution Proficiency with business systems (CRM, accounting, or ERP tools such as Zoho, Xero, or similar) Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities Professional communication and discretion when handling executive-level matters Highly proactive, adaptable, and capable of operating with minimal supervision (Nice to have) Familiarity with HR processes or cross‑functional team management.
