Inventory Controller

Inventory Management Monitoring and tracking inventory levels. Ensuring accuracy of inventory records. Implementing and monitoring inventory control systems. Coordinating with suppliers for restocking. Analyzing inventory data and making recommendations for improvements. Logistics and Supply Chain Creating purchase orders. Coordinating deliveries. Ensuring timely delivery of products. Understanding warehouse logistics. Maintaining relationships with vendors. Problem Solving and Accuracy Identifying potential shortages. Resolving inventory discrepancies. Maintaining stock without variance. Conducting physical inventory counts. Other Duties Training staff on inventory procedures. Assisting with inventory audits. Developing inventory management policies and procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, warehousing, logistics, or similar. Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as NetSuite, Fishbowl, and Zoho Inventory. Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting. Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
