Trade Marketing Strategy & Execution

Sales Support & Collaboration
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support field execution.

Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Analyze market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess brand visibility and promotional compliance.
  • Provide insights and reports to management on trade performance and ROI.
Budget & Resource Management
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Track spending against planned activities and report variances.
Team Leadership & Training
  • Supervise and guide trade marketing representatives or merchandisers.
  • Train sales teams and retail staff on product knowledge, brand guidelines, and promotional mechanics.
