Job Description

Trade Marketing Support

  • Assist in the development and execution of trade promotions and in-store marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with sales and merchandising teams to ensure alignment on retail marketing campaigns
  • Monitor stock levels of promotional materials and liaise with suppliers for timely replenishment
  • Track trade marketing KPIs and compile performance reports

Digital Marketing

  • Support the implementation of digital campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Coordinate with creative agencies or freelancers to develop content (visuals, videos, captions)
  • Manage social media content calendars and schedule posts
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular analytics reports

Brand Marketing

  • Help execute brand activation activities, sampling events, and sponsorships
  • Assist with packaging updates, including coordination with designers and printing partners
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support brand positioning and innovation
  • Maintain the brand asset library and ensure consistency in usage

Administrative and Coordination Tasks

  • Handle marketing documentation, budgets, and invoice processing
  • Liaise with vendors, printers, and other external partners
  • Coordinate internal approvals and deadlines to keep marketing projects on track
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the FMCG sector
  • Experience in food and beverage or condiment categories is a strong advantage
