Administrative Specialist/Assistant

Overview
Calendar Management: Manage and maintain complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
CommunicationDraft, edit, and proofread correspondence, including emails, letters, memos, and presentations.
Screen and direct phone calls and inquiries appropriately.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Project SupportProvide administrative support for various projects, including meeting coordination, document preparation, and data entry.
Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
Track project timelines and deadlines.
Office ManagementMaintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with office moves and reconfigurations.
Manage office expenses and maintain accurate records.
Other Duties as AssignedPerform other administrative duties as assigned by the (Supervisor Name/Title).
Qualifications- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office1 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
