About the Role

Celon is seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to oversee a mix of internal and client-facing projects. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions across multiple domains, including product development, data platforms, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will work closely with technical teams and stakeholders across regions, managing complex project lifecycles from initiation to closure, while ensuring clarity, accountability, and measurable progress at every stage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of internal and client-facing projects, from planning through delivery

  • Lead the delivery of internal product development initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, analysts, and developers

  • Oversee projects involving data pipelines, dashboard/reporting solutions, and IT infrastructure

  • Coordinate across multiple workstreams to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and resources

  • Facilitate effective communication between UK-based consultants, developers, and client teams

  • Ensure strong documentation, status tracking, and proactive risk and issue management

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and project governance standards

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with proven success in delivering technical and/or product-focused projects

  • Strong working knowledge of Prince2 (certification preferred but not essential)

  • Experience managing software development projects, particularly those involving agile or hybrid delivery methods

  • Familiarity with Microsoft-based technology stacks (e.g. Power BI, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure) — strong conceptual understanding required

  • Exposure to projects involving data/ETL workflows, dashboards, or cloud infrastructure

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills

  • Commercial awareness — able to align project delivery with business priorities and value

  • Strong documentation and reporting skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams concurrently
