Construction Project Manager (ZR_23283_JOB) Join to apply for the Construction Project Manager (ZR_23283_JOB) role at BruntWork . This is a remote position based in Minneapolis, MN, USA, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Central Time, including a one-hour unpaid break. Responsibilities Support construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing budgets, subcontractors, and safety compliance. Coordinate pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines. Track project progress, milestones, and budgets, addressing risks and issues. Manage subcontractors, laborers, and materials to ensure timely progress. Monitor and report on project status, resolving delays or issues. Manage project schedules, scope, and inspections required by authorities. Utilize project management software for task management and reporting. Maintain documentation and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Handle financial aspects such as estimating, change orders, and project closeout. Requirements 4 to 6 years of construction or project management experience or equivalent education. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365. Experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments. Effective communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies. Ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets. Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment. A team player willing to work in a fast-paced, growing small business. Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and civil plans.
