IT NETWORK & SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and external clients when required Work with management to prioritize business and technology needs Upgrade, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network and IT equipment Set up and administration of CCTV equipment Implement back-ups and disaster recovery planning Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures Securing network, communication, data files, and company assets Ensure the IT asset inventory is accurate and track it regularly Setup of Applications Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Handling inquiries and incoming work requests Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Well-versed in MS Windows and MS Office applications Implement IT policies and information needs Identifying and resolving technical issues Managing coordination within and outside the organization, where required Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems Developing and generating reports for teams across the business Qualifications Must be a 4-year BSIT, BS Computer Science, or related course graduate. Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuration and support of enterprise web applications Hands-on experience in hardware setup and troubleshooting – e.g., desktops, laptops, networking, router configuration, CCTV Strong knowledge of MS Windows & Office applications Experience in generating system reports would be preferred Previous experience in a distribution company would be an advantage Minimum Years of Exp. At least 2 years of experience in technology support or related roles Educational Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma Category (IT, Non-IT) IT #J-18808-Ljbffr
