IT NETWORK & SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and external clients when required
  • Work with management to prioritize business and technology needs
  • Upgrade, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network and IT equipment
  • Set up and administration of CCTV equipment
  • Implement back-ups and disaster recovery planning
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
  • Securing network, communication, data files, and company assets
  • Ensure the IT asset inventory is accurate and track it regularly
  • Setup of Applications
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Handling inquiries and incoming work requests
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well-versed in MS Windows and MS Office applications
  • Implement IT policies and information needs
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Managing coordination within and outside the organization, where required
  • Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
  • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems
  • Developing and generating reports for teams across the business
Qualifications
  • Must be a 4-year BSIT, BS Computer Science, or related course graduate.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuration and support of enterprise web applications
  • Hands-on experience in hardware setup and troubleshooting – e.g., desktops, laptops, networking, router configuration, CCTV
  • Strong knowledge of MS Windows & Office applications
  • Experience in generating system reports would be preferred
  • Previous experience in a distribution company would be an advantage

Minimum Years of Exp.

  • At least 2 years of experience in technology support or related roles

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma
