Job Objective To lead and manage administration, support, and strategic planning across a broad range of IT infrastructure including: Client-server environments (physical and virtual) Cloud and on-premise applications Databases and web services System health monitoring and maintenance User administration and training Application compatibility testing Configuration and administration of web services and databases B. Linkages Internal Linkages Immediate Superior: MIS (Management Information System) Manager Subordinates: System Administrators, Network Administrators Coordinates With: All Departments, Senior Management, IT Project Teams External Linkages Clients: Corporate-wide support Suppliers: Key Technology Vendors, Service Providers Government: Not Applicable C. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Leadership and Strategic Planning Lead the IT infrastructure team with clear objectives aligned to company goals. Develop strategic plans for infrastructure growth and technology evolution. Mentor and guide team members to foster excellence and continuous improvement. 2. Technical Oversight Design, implement, and manage reliable, scalable, and secure IT infrastructure. Lead major infrastructure projects (e.g., migrations, upgrades, deployments). Maintain strong vendor relationships for quality service and procurement. 3. Risk Management and Compliance Develop policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning. 4. Innovation and Continuous Improvement Explore and implement new technologies to enhance operations. Encourage efficiency and performance improvements across the team. 5. Performance and Service Excellence Monitor IT service performance using KPIs and SLAs. Promote a customer-centric approach to IT support and service delivery. 6. Professional Growth Attend training and seminars for continuous development. Lead orientation and training for new and existing personnel. 7. Other Duties Perform additional tasks as assigned by the department head. D.
