Business Intelligence Developer (Reporting Analyst) Location: Cebu City, Central Visayas, Philippines. Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM PH Time), Monday‑Friday. Responsibilities Maintain, enhance, and build financial reporting dashboards. Provide actionable insights through clear data visualizations. Create new financial reports and dashboards based on client needs. Ensure data accuracy and consistency, promptly fixing errors. Collaborate with Account Managers on reporting expectations. Regularly update and improve existing dashboards for usability. Document report creation processes, data sources, and methodologies. Provide ad‑hoc reports or data analysis as requested by the Department Manager. Suggest and implement improvements to reporting tasks and overall efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years in financial reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence. Experience working with financial data or within the finance industry. Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.). Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas). Ability to create automated reports and dashboards using advanced techniques. Strong analytical skills, ability to spot trends, and provide clear insights. High attention to detail and accuracy. Project‑management ability and capacity to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics.
