OpsWerks is a technical consulting company specializing in operational services for the high-tech industry. As we experience rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Recruiter for Technology to join our People Operations and Development (POD) Group. Reporting directly to the PBP Team Manager, the Senior Talent Recruiter will play a crucial role in executing our growth plans in our PH sites.

Your Role

As a Senior Technical Recruiter at OpsWerks, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of Site Reliability Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Software, and Data Science Engineers across our Manila and Cebu operations. You will partner closely with engineering and people leaders to design and execute strategies that attract top technical talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, and close candidates for all open technology roles.
  • Lead-Generation Programs: Devise and execute proactive sourcing campaigns (events, referral initiatives, social media, university outreach) to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain recruitment dashboards and reports (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity metrics) for hiring managers and senior management. Analyze hiring data to identify trends, forecast hiring needs, and recommend process improvements.
  • Job Posting Management: Create, publish, and monitor job advertisements across ATS and external job boards. Optimize descriptions based on performance metrics.
  • Agency & Headhunter Management: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with external headhunters and agencies for hard-to-fill roles. Negotiate terms and track agency performance.
  • Project-Based Recruiter Oversight: Manage and mentor contract recruiters, setting goals and monitoring progress.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, shaping job requisitions and managing expectations.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Support the integration of BI tools and data visualization dashboards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure quality in the hiring process and provide timely improvements.
Your Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in the tech industry, with at least 2+ years focused on SRE, DevOps, or Cloud engineering roles.
  • Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and close senior-to-principal level technical talent.
  • Experience designing and executing lead-generation programs to proactively build pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience managing external agencies and mentoring contract recruiters.
  • Working knowledge of modern engineering practices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), infrastructure-as-code, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency with recruitment metrics, reports, and ATS systems like Homerun, Lever, or Workday.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
