Overview On-site - Makati 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the CSD chat support team Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations Ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service via chat Upskill existing team members on product knowledge, tools, and communication standards Assist in workforce planning, shift scheduling, and real-time queue management Identify and escalate system or process issues that affect productivity or service quality Collaborate with QA, HR, and management to drive improvements and team engagement Qualifications Must reside within 15 minutes of Makati and willing to work onsite At least college level (undergraduate or graduate of any course) At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, with 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory capacity Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills Ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Willing to work flexible shifts if needed (day/night) Keywords Customer Service Team Player Strong Work Ethic People Skills Interpersonal Skills Technical Skills Call Centre Working Location If the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
