Overview

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the CSD chat support team
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service via chat
  • Upskill existing team members on product knowledge, tools, and communication standards
  • Assist in workforce planning, shift scheduling, and real-time queue management
  • Identify and escalate system or process issues that affect productivity or service quality
  • Collaborate with QA, HR, and management to drive improvements and team engagement
Qualifications
  • Must reside within 15 minutes of Makati and willing to work onsite
  • At least college level (undergraduate or graduate of any course)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, with 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory capacity
  • Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills
  • Ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willing to work flexible shifts if needed (day/night)
