Customer Service Supervisor – Achievers Manpower Management Services, Inc.
Salary: ₱25-30K per month | On-site | Makati | 3-5 years experience | Full-time
Education: Bachelor degree or technical electronics/electrical engineering course
Responsibilities- Provide supervision in a technical shop environment focused on appliance repair.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair activities with technical proficiency.
- Report and analyze movement of repairs in the shop to improve workflow.
- Coordinate team tasks, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain safety standards.
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Electronics or Electrical Engineering graduate or technical course.
- Experience: 5 years and above; leadership experience in a technical role; shop/ appliance industry experience.
- Skills: computer literacy; troubleshooting and repair; ability to drive.
- Personal attributes: strong work ethic, problem solving, team player, good communication skills.
- Government Mandated Benefits: 13th Month Pay, Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, SSS/GSIS
