As a Customer Experience Specialist, You Are Responsible For
Customer Support

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner via ReAmaze, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Deliver empathetic, brand-aligned responses across email, chat, direct message and (when needed) phone support.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through prompt and accurate communication.

Your Role
As a Customer Experience Specialist, You Are Responsible For
Customer Support
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner via ReAmaze, Facebook, Instagram and other social channels with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Deliver empathetic, brand-aligned responses across email, chat, direct message and (when needed) phone support.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores through prompt and accurate communication.
Product & Brand Knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with new product launches, fit and sizing specs, restock dates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Offer tailored recommendations that reflect the brand’s tone and positioning.
Upselling & Cross-Selling Support
  • Recommend alternative products, sizes, or styles when an item is unavailable.
  • Use brand-appropriate tone and timing to encourage add-ons or complementary products.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At Least 2 years or more experience working as a customer support, responding to customer inquiries through social media platforms/website for an AU consumer business; preferably in fashion industry
  • Someone who has a great interest in women's apparel
  • Experience in email, chat & phone support, ticketing support
  • Proficient in using Shopify and any other e-commerce tools, Reamaze software experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High accuracy and attention to details
  • Positive attitude, polite, happy and friendly personality
  • Solutions focused approach to assisting customers
  • Can easily adapt to any culture/environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and is willing to go extra miles
