Job Description

Business Unit: Financial Messaging

Title: Senior Product Manager

Location: Manila

Reporting to: Director of Product Management

Close working relationships with: Product Director, Assigned Product/R&D Team

Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • P&L management
  • The Vision and Strategy and unified product roadmap for their assigned workstream
Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Growth – drive business growth through solution innovation and compelling commercial propositions; identify and deliver growth opportunities with sales, marketing and market-facing teams
  • P&L – ensure delivery of new propositions can be measured against defined KPIs
  • Strategy & planning – define and test business cases, targets and results; develop strategy, roadmap, definitions, positioning and launch materials
  • Proposition Launch – develop robust business cases, manage approvals, oversee launches including pricing, contracts, messaging, testing, training and marketing support
  • Product Positioning and Messaging – differentiate propositions and align with North Star Vision
  • Marketing – define propositions with target audience, features and benefits; ensure go-to-market plans and collateral
  • Sales Enablement – create tools and content for sales conversations, including training
  • Team Leadership – lead and develop product teams, collaborate across the business to achieve objectives
Required & Desired Experience
  • 5+ years of software/SaaS product management or product marketing experience
  • Strong expertise in Payments and Transaction Banking industry with knowledge of SWIFT, Local Payment Market Infrastructures or alternative rails
  • Experience with hosted/multi-tenant SaaS or Cloud software with published APIs
  • Experience delivering enterprise-grade software in payments/financial messaging ecosystems
  • Strong English communication, strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate vision into strategy and execute at pace
  • Strong analytical, financial literacy, and budgeting experience
  • Expertise in Agile product development
  • Effective communicator and influencer; self-starter, delivery-focused, collaborative
  • Ability to build cross-functional and senior management relationships
  • Awareness of legal, regulatory and risk management
  • Integrity and judgment; interpersonal skills and teamwork
  • Comfort with ambiguity and independent work style
