Qualifications: College degree, preferably in the area of Law, Business Administration, Accountancy, Economics, Banking and Finance or any related field 2-5 years experience in the field of Banking Industry handling BSP compliances and regulations. willing to start ASAP and relocate to San Pedro, Laguna is an advantage Duties and Responsibilities: Monitors new regulatory issuances such as Circulars, Circular letters and Memorandum issued by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and other regulatory bodies such as Anti-Money Laundering Council, Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation, Securities and Exchange Commission and Insurance Commission. Assists with the implementation of compliance and risk assessment strategies. Acts as the official representative of the company before any regulatory body for any discussion and/or consultation regarding compliance-related issues. Checks for sufficiency of all documents and reports prior to their endorsement to the BSP Reviews, assess and preforms compliance testing in compliance to laws, regulations and other regulatory requirements. Prepares reports on Crimes and Losses and undertakes its submission to the BSP Performs other functions as directed by the management and/or by the Board of Directors from time to time.
