This role leads client success by developing accurate strategic forecasts that guide clients toward their goals and ensure the seamless execution of strategies that translate forecasts into measurable growth. You will represent and advocate for CTC's unique approach to media acquisition and its tools, and you will set a high standard for execution.

- Align with the team and contribute to the Brain Trust for ideas across clients.
- Coordinate with pod members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist).
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Maintain data integrity of clients across Statlas and execute the Prophet system for clients.
- Build Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System; analyze data to support maps.
- Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategy to hit daily targets; run tests to beat best campaigns.
- Communicate progress and adjust plans as needed; pivot early when required.
- Uphold CTC's ideologies and processes throughout accounts.
- Maintain within 5% delta to forecast; align daily with client on forecast and strategy.
- Maintain high client satisfaction; follow Prophet system execution to meet timelines.
- Provide daily performance updates and weekly strategy updates; ensure team clarity on deadlines.
- Contribute learnings to the system for feedback and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on ideas across teams and future company content.
- Communication : Fluent in English, persuasive, clear client messaging, high emotional intelligence, strong presentations.
- Data Analysis : Strong analytical capabilities; familiarity with data tools (e.g., Google Sheets) and on-the-job skill development.
- Past Experience : Broad experience across domains (math, data analytics, operations, retail, finance, media buying, etc.).
- Critical Thinking : Structured thinking, logical problem solving, practical solutions.
- Impact : Passion for e-commerce, autonomy, and measurable business impact.
- Results : Merges finance and marketing to forecast strategy; achieves high-accuracy results and maintains client satisfaction.
