About the Role
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers from international markets. You will handle inquiries related to product details, order placement, delivery updates, returns, and post-order concerns. As a frontline representative, your main goal is to ensure a smooth and effortless customer experience while supporting the brand’s commitment to service excellence. This position offers the chance to build valuable customer service and communication skills while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who hold a bachelor’s degree in any field and have at least six months of call center experience. A minimum of one year in a customer service role is required, with retail experience considered an advantage. Experience handling international accounts is essential. You must have strong English communication skills, particularly in speaking. Flexibility to work on shifting schedules and a willingness to report 100% on-site at our EGBC location are also required.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls and assist customers with their online shopping experience. This includes responding to inquiries about products, helping with order placements, and addressing issues such as order delays, returns, or refunds. You will document all customer interactions in the system accurately and professionally. You will also act as a liaison between the customer and third parties such as freight carriers or manufacturers when needed. Throughout all interactions, you are expected to represent the brand with a high level of service, professionalism, and product knowledge while continuously looking for ways to improve the customer journey.
