Overview

Social Media Manager (Full-Time, Remote — Work MST Hours). AZOVA is hiring a full-time Social Media Manager to run social across four handles: AZOVA, the Founder/CEO’s personal accounts, CLMD Sensitive Skin Care, and Alpine Dermatology. You’ll build a trend‑savvy, results‑driven social program that grows audiences and drives measurable outcomes—while working Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours from anywhere.

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer (across all brands)

Works closely with: Founder/CEO, CLMD team, Alpine Dermatology team, content/video/editing partners, design

Location: Remote (must be available during U.S. MST business hours)

What You’ll Do
  • Own the multi-brand social strategy (goals, channel mix, content pillars) for AZOVA, CEO personal, CLMD, and Alpine Dermatology.
  • Turn business priorities into platform-specific plans (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube/Shorts, X, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest as relevant).
  • Establish and maintain voice/tone guardrails that flex from corporate to consumer to founder POV.
  • Lead the editorial calendar and content pipeline end-to-end—briefs, outlines, hooks, captions, storyboards, and shot lists.
  • Partner with internal/external video editors and creators to execute; ensure assets meet spec, brand, and objective.
  • Repurpose long-form assets (blogs, webinars, press) into snackable series (carousels, reels concepts, threads).
  • Own scheduling and publishing cadence; ensure consistent, on-time posting across all handles.
  • Lead daily community management: comments/DMs, proactive engagement, and social listening.
  • Coordinate influencer/creator sourcing, briefing, approvals, and whitelisting in partnership with the growth team.
  • Actively track U.S. pop culture, memes, and tentpole moments; trendjack timely conversations in a brand-safe way.
  • Spin up rapid-response briefs for same-day concepts when relevant.
  • Report weekly/monthly on growth, reach, engagement, and traffic/leads; translate insights into next-month tests.
  • Run structured A/B tests on hooks, formats, and CTAs; maintain UTMs and platform analytics hygiene.
  • Uphold platform policies and brand guidelines; be mindful of healthcare/dermatology sensitivities (no PHI, accurate claims, proper disclaimers).
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years managing multi-brand or multi-handle social (agency or in-house).
  • Real passion for American pop culture with examples of turning trends into on-brand content.
  • Excellent copywriting (hooks, captions, threads) and strong creative direction skills (clear briefs/storyboards).
  • Comfortable ghostwriting and shaping a Founder/CEO voice.
  • Data-curious operator who moves fast, meets deadlines, and thrives in a collaborative, high-velocity environment.
  • Must be available to work standard Mountain Standard Time hours.

  • Experience in digital health/telemedicine.
  • Experience in skin care/dermatology or beauty/wellness.
