Your key tasks will include: Ensuring smooth influencer campaign execution and communication Vetting influencers for brand safety, audience fit, and compliance Managing influencer communication during vetting and content reviews Reviewing and approving influencer content against brand guidelines Tracking campaign timelines and keeping internal teams updated Organizing campaign content and providing administrative support What You’ll Bring Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) Familiarity or experience in marketing, especially influencer marketing Knowledge of U.S. social media trends and platforms Strong written communication skills (especially via email) Creative, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset Bonus Points For Experience in influencer/creator operations or related marketing roles Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack A proactive, team-oriented attitude with eagerness to learn and grow Working Conditions Must have a secure, quiet workspace with internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps Use of personal computer required during onboarding period Flexibility to align with U.S. Eastern Time during Daylight Savings Ready to Apply?
