Management of Work Processes and Administrative
Requirement
● Ensure the timely request, issuance and processing of
the various work processes such as PR, PO, and IO’s.

● Monitor, and review budget making sure proper IO
allocation on PR & PO of Parts & Materials, Services,
Tools, Logistics, Transportation, PPE requirements and
Accommodation for CMG personnel.

● Ensure timely procurement, transport and deliveries of
goods, materials, tools, logistics and services needed for
PMS, Repair and RTS activities;

● Monitors progress of PMS, Repair and RTS activities and
collate relevant data and information for purposes of
creating a post outage reports (POR);

● Secure Vendor’s Activity and Service Completion Reports
in collaboration with ORE, CMG FS Support, CMG Field
Services and Facility Maintenance,to be incorporated in
the POR as appendices;

● Prepares, and submission of Central Maintenance Group
yearly budget;

● Preparation of Central Maintenance’s budget monthly
forecast;

● Submission of the draft POR’s one week after each and
every outages may it be planned, unplanned, or RTS.

Executes health, security, environmental and safety rules
and regulations of the company;

Practices recommended behaviors that adhere to the core
values of the company;

Implements and complies with company rules and policies;
and

Performs other related duties that may be assigned (by
superiors) from time to time.
