We’re looking for a results‑driven and analytical Data Analyst to support our Customer Success Team . In this role, you’ll play a critical part in improving the performance and efficiency of our customer operations. You’ll be responsible for extracting actionable insights from data, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and working cross‑functionally to implement impactful programs that enhance both internal workflows and the overall customer experience . Responsibilities Extract and analyze data from our data warehouse to uncover insights that drive and improve key performance metrics for the Customer Success team Develop and implement operational programs and process improvements to optimize team efficiency and enhance the customer experience Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams such as Product, Tech, and Product Operations to operationalize initiatives and ensure smooth execution Monitor performance metrics and data trends regularly, providing actionable recommendations based on insights Identify operational bottlenecks proactively and design scalable, data‑driven solutions Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, business analysis, customer success, or a similar role Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment Highly organized and detail‑oriented Benefits Join a team with a deeply collaborative culture Learn more here Hybrid work set‑up: 2 days per week in our BGC office; remote the rest of the time.
