Overview

Hub Manager (Lazada M41) – Manila. Manage and oversee daily operations of the hub in Manila, ensuring smooth logistics and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee daily operations of the hub in Manila, ensuring smooth logistics and warehouse processes.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, customer service, and transportation to align on goals and optimize the supply chain network.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and identify areas for improvement to drive continuous process optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards within the hub.
  • Manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and handle stock replenishment to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Above 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a logistics or warehouse environment, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
  • Proven track record in managing teams and implementing operational improvements.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
