Site Surveyor

Responsibilities Carry out daily engineering setting‑out and record survey work including calculating and computing drawings Monitor work progress for adherence to the program and report to the project manager or planning engineer Prepare progress or technical reports Lay out grid lines and vertical guides in building construction Check boundary layout of property lines in the project Ensure that vertical and horizontal controls in buildings are maintained throughout the construction duration Assess the quality of control data to determine the need for additional survey data for engineering, construction or other projects Conduct surveys to determine exact positions, measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, volumes, contours or other land surfaces Qualifications & Skills Pre‑license: Geodetic Engineering Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field Good communicator capable of giving clear and effective instructions to the workforce Adaptability to rapidly changing environment and workloads Professional verbal and written communication in a concise, accurate, and timely manner Hands‑on knowledge of surveying instruments such as total station, survey equipment, and theodolite Required skill: AutoCAD Willingness to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines Employment Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Industries: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing and Engineering Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
